Community Classes
Taking community classes at The Natural Epicurean is easy!
The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts allows community members to added our Culinary Program classes on a class-by-class basis. Community members may register for any beginning level class or elective/specialty class. These beginning levels cover essential instruction in menu planning and the preparation of grains, vegetables, sea vegetables, beans, fish, raw foods and desserts.
Advanced levels are restricted to Culinary Program students who have completed prerequisite courses.
Community Class Pricing
- $205-$250 per series/weekend (weekend workshops include meals)
- $75 per class when paid for individually
- $45-$55 per specialty class
- Special pricing applies to guest lecturers classes and weekends
