More than just a professional cooking school, we are deeply engaged in the local natural foods and macrobiotic communities. Globally, our students and teachers engage others across cultural boundaries.
As a cooking school, we are ranked as one of the top 15 career and technical schools by Austin Business Journal. Our vegan and vegetarian cooking classes focus on healthy macrobiotic cuisine. Our community cooking classes reveal the simple, fun and gourmet sides of vegan culinary arts and macrobiotic cooking, and our Culinary Training Program was called one of the top "Cutting Edge Cuisine" culinary programs in the nation by Vegetarian Times in December 2000.
