About the Natural Epicurean Professional Program
The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts is proud to offer one of the only plant based professional chef training programs in the country, training chefs in macrobiotic, classical vegetarian, vegan, ayurvedic and raw & living foods techniques and recipes. Learn natural, organic and nourishing food preparation with hands-on training in a friendly, collaborative learning environment!

The Natural Epicurean opened its new commercial teaching kitchen at 1700 South Lamar. Our next chef training program starts August 22, 2011. Program space is limited and it is 50% sold out as of February, 2011.
