Becoming proficient with a knife is one of the most important things to learn before hitting the stove. Excellent knife skills will significantly reduce your time in the kitchen and make cooking a breeze.
In this hands-on, 3-hour class, we will present a number of types of knives and demonstrate an array of different cutting techniques from mincing to matchsticks. We will also teach you how to sharpen and care for your knife for years of cooking joy. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Bring your own knife to sharpen or practice with or use one of ours.
