Diet and Healthcare Scholarship
Who's eligible: Nurses, therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and others health care professionals
What's required:
• Complete application to the Natural Epicurean Professional Chef Training Program
• A statement of 300-900 words describing how you intend to bring the culinary training you receive into the health care field
• One to three professional or academic letters of reference

Career Changer Scholarship
Who's eligible: Applicants demonstrate an intention to employ the culinary training they receive through the Natural Epicurean in a meaningful way. This award is designed for individuals who have two or more years of professional experience working in non-culinary industries. Individuals who have demonstrated leadership and progressive responsibility in fields such as Technology, Marketing, Communications, Education, Policy, Planning, Law, and Business Administration are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates have a passion for vegetarian cooking, a commitment to a health-supportive lifestyle which includes diet as an important component, an intention to employ the culinary training they will receive in the health care field in some significant way, personal discipline, aptitude for culinary studies, and previous success in other rigorous endeavors.

•A statement of 300-900 words describing how you intend to integrate Natural Epicurean culinary arts training into your new career path.

Registered Yoga Teacher Scholarship
Who's eligible: Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT-200) recognized through Yoga Alliance, who demonstrate an intention to integrate the culinary training they receive with their work as a yoga instructor
What's required:
• Complete application to the Natural Epicurean Professional Chef Training Program
• A statement of 300-900 words describing how you intend to integrate the culinary training they receive twith their yoga teaching
• Verification of your RYT-200 status
• One to three professional or academic letters of reference

Who's eligible: People who demonstrate a commitment to macrobiotic diet and lifestyle
